Infected Computer (no scan for more than 2 months)

This computer (not mine phew) hasnt been scan for a long time, and it needs some cleaning. I did a Hijackthis log, and here it is:

It would appear it hasnt been updated in a while either,Can u check the Windows Update Site and See if you can get it updated?

Let me know if any updates are available!

What did AVG find when it scanned the Machine?
