i use thunderbird for email and cox is my internet. Every few days when i log on, my emails come in blank.
for example, the morning i had 15 new emails come in blank. It will do this then later it will start loading emails normally.

I called cox and they said it was a software (thunderbird) issue. i googled and searched the thunderbird site for answers ,but came up with nothing.

Any ideas on what could be wrong? thoughts on how to view my current emails? ( The ones already downloaded to THunderbird won't show in cox's webmail.

Below is what my inbox looks like.
