Hello to all!
I'm new here to this site, but not new to the world of computing.
I live and work in Germany. I have my own business (computer repair, building / modding, network).
My preferred language is English, but (logically) I am also at home with German. Interests are: reading, all computer things (logically), motorcycle riding (to free my mind and turn
off from "the Rat Race").
Instead of being like most folks here, who once they have learned something, and work in that field, or operate their own business, and stay at that level, I'm constantly looking
for new ideas, tips, whatever. Might pick up some new ideas here! Remember, moss don't grow fast on a rolling stone!
That, basically in a nutshell, is all. Depending on my workload, I might not always be around that often! Being my own boss, I can also dictate my own work / "play" schedules!

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits

Computing constantly changes; keeping up becomes almost a full-time job in itself.

Thanks for the warm welcome there folks!
For the first few times that I'm around, I'm just going to be "looking around" and get the "feel" of things here.
I'll try to keep my comments to myself (at first), 'til I get the hang of things!
