guys, i really need your help on this one. i've just reinstalled my PC using XP SP 2. but somehow whenever i try to install adobe software (such as flash player and reader), i can't install it. whenever installing process reach 100%, it suddenly close and doesn't give any report that it have been installed succesfully. i've checked it on add/remove program and i don't see any adobe software that i have try to install. and also whenever i connect my PC with other PC for share files it suddenly close and a pop-up showing that : shutdown is initiated by NT Authority/System because something is wrong in c:\windows\system32\services.exe

can anybody help and guide me???

ps: sorry if i put it in the wrong forum
