Greetings. I am new to these type of technical forums, but I have found some interesting resources by browsing the site posts and I hope to use the forums as a means to learn more about computers and some of their inner workings.

I have no computer background whatsoever other than what I have been able to teach myself through trial and error. Mostly just quick fixes. Actually, you could say I really don't know much other than how to follow instructions and understand some technical terms without getting completely lost.

Thanks to all those who contribute.

Another very useful resource is the Tutorial section, which contains many short articles designed for the relatively novice computer user.
