I have an old Compaq Deskpro EN (PD1000, I believe) and I am in need of a power supply unit. I believe the old one was fried in a Hurricane, because the computer would not turn on after the hurricane passed. My CCNA teacher had a lab full of Deskpros, but, ironically, none of the power supplies fit.

I've done numerous Google searches, but I have not been able to find a site that sells the required power supply (possibly due to the age).

Any suggestions?

That model uses a proprietary Powersupply. You will have a hard time finding an exact replacement. You may have to do some re-wiring if you are an accomplished Electrical Engineer (or know one).

Thanks, that explains its "rarity." Unfortunately, I am not an electrical engineer.
