So I am not even sure if I am infected but I can't seem to explain my problem otherwise. The last couple weeks my internet has been constantly unable to connect to web pages. The odd request actually will get through but for the most part trying to access any websites leads to a "page load error", "Address Not Found" and requires constant refreshing and luck to actually get anywhere. It doesn't seem to be my connection as other computers don't have this problem. I can also ping Google, from the problem computer, with full success and no dropped packets, it is just trying to access web pages that cause me difficulties.

Thanks in advance for any help.

  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
