Hi,
I have Windows Vista Home on my laptop and I play Scrabble through e-mail at the Pixie Pit. Lately, quite often, every time I post my play in Scrabble, a prompt comes up about Quick time, asking me to restore some settings. I'm guessing it has to do with Scrabble so I've been clicking on Yes and also on the "don't prompt me in the future" but it's still prompting me almost every time. It is very annoying, and I can't close the board until I click on something. Any suggestions? Screen shot attached.

Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) is an Internet standard that extends the format of e-mail to support:

* Text in character sets other than ASCII
* Non-text attachments
* Message bodies with multiple parts

After you click OK, does it send you message? What happens if you click No, are you still able to play?
If yes, just click the box that says don't ask me again

This is more of an email problem, so I'm going to move it
Which browser are you using?

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

Hi Mark,
It's not really an e-mail issue, although I do get notified when it's my turn to play. This is on the Internet where I play. I have repeatly checked "yes" and put a check in the box that says "Don't prompt me again" but it still does (and yes it lets me continue after that). I have never tried saying "no" but I will try that the next time it comes up. Thank you for your help.

This error says it is:

But of course I know far from everything
Hopefully someone will have an answer
