Trojan Horse :(

alright i got this virus thingy called a trojan horse and i got norton anti virus but it cant delte it. this is what pops up on my computer like very 2-3 min
Norton AntiVirus has detected a virus on your computer.
Object Name: C:\WINDOWS\system32\atlui32.exe
Action Taken: Unable to repair
i updated my virus defonisions and scaned but it cant delete it iv used add-aware SE the virus also pops up saying it is some other files to
plz help.

Do this:

Do you have any anti-spyware installed? If not download and update all of the following:A-squared complements anti-virus software by specializing in detecting Trojans, Dialers and Spyware. It is free for private use but registration is required.
Download it from here: A-squared

Reboot your computer in Safe Mode and run the anti-virus scan and anti-spyware scans there.
If you are not sure how to boot in Safe Mode there is a tutorial here: Safe Mode
