I was having some problems with my computer last week, so I decided to run a check disk. Now, when i try to launch IE, i'm getting the error message "C:Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE Error performing inpage operation." Any ideas why this might be happening? I'm using Firefox right now, and it's working fine.

Thanks so much in advance for any guidance!!!

**Update - I just realized I'm also getting the same error when I try to launch any Adobe applications.
