I was in need of immediate help and had to bypass the introduction step. I apologize for that. I consider myself an intermediate user, and find that I am asked to help out friends and neighbors with their computer problems. I was impressed with the help that I received from Old Timer (thanks) and I am looking forward to checking out all the forums and tutorials.
