identifying "Point Enabler"

Here are the files on the driver disk for my PCMCIA CD-ROM. I am trying to modify the config.sys to load the cd-rom diive onto my laptop, but it is not working. I need to add the "point enabler" to the config.sys, and but I have no idea which file it is!
