Hi all. I'm new to this forum but looking forward to learning. I would like to learn all I can about malware removal. Does anyone know of online courses I could take, or any other ways to master this art? I'm kind of the go-to guy for friends, family, and coworkers when it comes to computer problems. But lately I have run into SERIOUS problems trying to remove some of these NASTY bugs that infect their computers. That is, without formatting/restoring.

Welcome to Bleeping Computer.

Please take the time, to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There's a lot of very useful information, in there.

If you are serious about learning the methods to diagnose and remove malware, you might consider enrolling in our Training School. You can also learn quite a lot in our Tutorial section, as well as by reading the Self-help Removal Guides.
