The one that says your computer may be infected......well i had gotten this before but was able to ctrl-alt-delete and turn it off then ran adaware and removed it.But a few months later(now)I got it again, only i could not bring up task manager,it wouldint let me.pc kept freezing, running real slow, finally was able to run adaware again, and it deleted all the bad stuff except one, which it said it would do after i restarted the pc.so i did and it deleted something, and now just boots, goes black,restarts...restarts...I stopped it from restarting and it said kernel32 error, which i now know is MAJOR.so what can i do?I cant safe mode or anything?I do not know much about all the inside stuff to a pc.It uses windows XP.Thanks in advance!!

If your computer will not start in safe or normal mode, I would suggest a repair installation. You will need your original OS disk.

That sounds like restore disk. The disk we are looking for is a Win XP disk.

You can do a system restore, but the will wipe out all files.
