My first post here or anywhere, so please advise if I have gone about this the wrong way. I have all the viruses listed in the topice title. Norton Anti Virus slows them down, but not able to get rid of them. I want them gone.

Here is my 1st and only hijack log:

Hello AnthrAdvntr and Welcome!
Sorry you are having malware trouble.

PLEASE PRINT OUT THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING.

STEP 1:
Please make sure that you can view all hidden files.
Instructions can be found here.

STEP 2:
Please download, install, and update the Ewido Security Suite here1.) When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
2.) When you run ewido for the first time, you will get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.
3.) From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
4.) After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
5.) Exit ewido.
Don't run it yet, we will use it later.

STEP 3:
Download and install CCleaner here.
Don't run it yet, we will use it later.

STEP 4:
Please download the Aurora/Nail Spyware Fix from here
Extract both files into a new folder on the desktop called aurorafix.
Don't run it yet, we will use it later.

STEP 5:
Go to Start => Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then click Ok. 1.) Scroll down and find one of the bad services described above such as: System Startup Service
2.) When you find it, double-click on it.
3.) In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on Properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled.
4.) Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows.

3.) Select the option for Safe Mode using the up down arrow keys.
4.) Then press Enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode.
5.) Perform all the cleaning tasks here and when you are done, reboot PC back into normal mode (Windows).

2.) Next in the LH column, click the Cookies button, in the Cookies to Delete window, locate any good cookies you want to keep, such as login cookies to websites, click on them once, click on the -> arrow button to move them over to the Cookies to Keep window, click OK.
3.) Click on the Issues tab, uncheck both boxes Registry Integrity and File Integrity.
4.) Click the Applications tab, scroll down to the Multimedia section and uncheck Macromedia Flash Player.
5.) Now click the Run Cleaner button in the lower RH corner and let it scan for all files and folders. (You'll see the results in the large Progress window.)
6.) After the scan has completed, click Exit.
STEP 11:
Finally, restart your computer in normal mode (Windows) and post a new HijackThis log, as well as the log from the ewido scan for review.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Item 4 or do you actually mean Item 3?
What happens when click Start update?
Do you still have an Internet connection? Can you go to Google?

Copy and paste this URL into your address bar and press Enter.
http://download.ewido.net/ewido-signatures-full-20050622.exe

Save it to your desktop. After the download, double-click the ewido-signatures-full-20050622.exe file, this will install the latest signature files. Now proceed to the next steps.

Where do I find the ewido log you requested that I also send? If it's under the analysis tab, do you wish to see Startup, Connections or Processes?

Good job!

Now please close ALL open windows AND browsers, open HijackThis and put checks next to all the following, then click "Fix Checked":

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [eosqldo] c:\windows\system32\uzzallk.exe r
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RSync] C:\WINDOWS\system32\netsync.exe

Now please go to Start, Search, All Files and Folders, scroll down and find "More Advanced Options". Make sure "Search System Folders" and "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search system subfolders" are all checked. Please delete the following files and/or folders: Go to Start, Search, For Files or Folders, and type in each file or folder name.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\netsync.exe <----Delete this file. (If found)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\uzzallk.exe <----Delete this file. (If found)

Now reboot the PC, open HijackThis, click "Do a system scan and save a logfile", copy and paste the contents of the new logfile here for review.
