On our home PC we are using XP Pro SP3.
We are three users (my two kids and myself)
As soon as the icon users are presented (after Windows loading) we get a message:

"Windows - System Error
A duplicate name exists on the network

OK"

Sometime we get this message (with a yellow triangle) on the System Tray

When clicking on OK (or on the triangle in the system tray) the message disappeared and the PC is running without any problem.

This message is since two day ago.

Thanks for assistance

There is some information on this particular problem here:

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.

A duplicate name exists on the network - what does that mean? How do I fix it?
