Hopefully this will help those of you who would like an easy way to create a personal signature. This is a simple, free, online site that will allow you to do so.

Cool Text

On the home page click on > Render Logo
Which will bring u to >choose a style
Click on the style of your choice.
Now the next page will open, where you will edit all choices.

Which are >Logo Text, Font, Text Color, Background Color, Background Texture, & File Format.

The first choice > Logo Text > Clear it and type in the name.

Next click >Font > Choose your Font
And so on and so forth.
When you are done, click on > Render Logo.
It will then Render (Create) your Signature.
Right click on finished logo and click on >save picture as.
Right click on that.
Box will open

Clear box> then name it and then click> save.
Name it as you choose.
This will make it easy to find when you are ready to upload it to a Photo Hosting Site.

A good one is Photobucket

Go to Photo Bucket
Sign up, log-in,
click on the browse button. Find your image and then click submit.

You will then see your pic uploaded
Three links will show.
Copy the IMG link
Go to your Control Panel @ Bleeping Computer
On the left hand side go to> Personal Profile> Edit Signature
Paste in the text box.
Click on Update Signature

I for one, thank you for the link. I have been meaning to update my sig for a while now. With the proper tool, it does make it easier. Now if only I had the time...

This one is just a little more complicated than the Cool Text. But there are more choices available.

Flaming Text

Both are free. Although with Flaming Text if you register (which is also free) You have even more options available.

 So happy that you like it. This method can be used for those that do not want to install a graphics program.

Have you tried eiether of them yet? If not, feel free to post your results here. Would love to see them. :flowers:

 Hi Scarlett,

I have used your link to Cooltext and saved the image as a .GIF to My Pictures (Office 2000 on WinXp SP 2).

My dilemma is how to load this image to my Sig.

I don't know of any photo upload sites that I can use!!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Thanks,

Kev'

Hi kev.

Here are a couple that I use.

This one is best for smaller images. Like your sig.

Photobucket Image Hosting and Online Photo albums

This one is better for larger images.

ImageShack - Hosting

I can't wait to see it. :flowers:
