tcpip.sys allegdly infected

I scan my pc, 'tcpip.sys' allegdly is infected with 'troj generic.z04' the file is located at 'C:\WINDOWS/$NtUninstallkb****'

what should I do? erase the file? I'm not sure it's safe to do so...

please help
