Malware deletes open folder

Malware deleted folders opened in Windows Explorer, one on a shared drive on another workstation and one on a thumb drive. I don't think it is deleting folders on the local hard drive (this is another user's workstation). It's running Vista (no service pack) and Live OneCare. I'm running Malwarebytes on the infect system right now, but I thought someone might recognize this one from the sysptoms.
