yarg mate, AVG caused WGA too catch up with me, and now as soon as i restart my computer ill have to format. now i remember why i gave up on anti-virus software, first time around it was because an anti-virus program tried to delete my kazaa. does anyone know any non-intrusive antivirus software?

Kazaa, Bearshare etc are now owned by same company and their latest versions (after 2004) are not safe to install and use.

Kazaa installs as many as 8 different types of malwares. And when you uninstall it, those malwares are not uninstalled. Kazaa also makes some changes to windows to benefit the malwares. Same goes for Bearshare.

It is better to stay away from these P2P applications.
