I had a lot of problems with my Technika USB mouse so a friend gave me a Dell USB mouse. THe smae problem happens with this. It keeps cutting off. I have to keep reconnecting it to get it to work. I'm wondering what it could be that's causing it. Some kind of driver problem?

Have you tried a different USB port? Have you tried a USB/PS2 adapter?
