not sure which to fix w/hijackthis

hello from the new guy :) i recently bought a used computer running windows me.
it surfs o.k., but i downloaded hijack this as a pre-emptive measure. i ran a scan that came back with a long list, and i am leary of deleeting the whole thing because i am not sure what all of this is. please have a look and tell me what you think. thanks :)

Hello b-morales and welcome to the BC forums. HijackThis only reports on certain areas of the system. Most things are normal, legitimate items that should be there.

That said, I see no problems with anything in your log. It is clean.
