my daughter got a virus/trojan/backdoor problem on her laptop about a week ago and we have not been using it because it doesn't run properly. When you boot it up you get a viewmngr error and when you shut it doen you geta rundll error. I ran stinger and macafee (didn't find much) it wouldn't let me run malware or superantispyware. I found your forum dated March 28th, to ashley about running drweb cureit in safe mode. It took about 5 hours to run and found the 2 problems I listed below. I then lost power so I quit for the night. I don't want to continue any further without some suggestions. Here is what it found...

guzazu.exe;C:\WINDOWS\system32;BackDoor.Tdss.based;Incurable.Moved
noyahopi.exe;C:\WINDOWS\system32;Trojan.Fakealert.4154;Deleted

Should I run a full scan in normal mode? Has system been compromised? I appreciate any further help you can give me.

thanks
