desktop does'nt showup for 4-5 min at startup

my desktop does'nt show up for 4-5 min during start up.

i have few startup items i have also tried disk defragmenation ,disk check up,registry cleaner and finally a scan with avg.

but nothing seems to be working for me.

my system is very slow ,please help me .there is no virus , spyware in my system.


one more thing i also tried typing explorer in task manager at startup nothing seems to be working.

Ram
Hard drive
ect

Do not be so sure that you are malware free
It's explorer.exe, not just explorer
