Hi, I'm pulling my hair out trying to get rid of NTOSKRNL-HOOK (detected by McAfee as fixed but clearly isn't). It has hijacked my internet by redirecting me to sale sies. It won't let me search for anything to do with malware removal & won't let me download & run programs to remove it. I know that others have had this problem but I can't seem to find the forum threads.

I've tried scanning in safe mode but it still isn't removed.

Anyone help please?

thanks

nully
