What's this burn message mean?

Hi, everything seems to go smoothly when I burn images to disk, but this message always crops up during the process, is it trying to warn me about something?

You have used an already used CD/DVD with files on it. Nero checked the files already on that disk with the ones you wanted to burn and relevant action was taken.
