I having problems with my desktop. A couple of weeks ago I turned on my computer and found that most of my desktop icons were missing. In addition, I got an error message C:\ad80e7a15524637e9ccf9675052f\desktop is not accesible access denied. I cannot create shortcuts or add folders to my desktop. I ran a scan and there were no viruses or spy/malware. There is a file with the above string in my C: drive with a desktop folder which I cannot access. I don't know if this file is the problem or if it is needed on my computer. Would appreciate any help on this issue. Thanks in advance.
