From a purely administrative standpoint, while the idea has a positive aspect to it. Anything that can be manipulated can and quite often becomes abused. The ramifications of undoing the mess of such a idea would spawn, makes it quite unlikely the idea would be adopted.

This does not mean it's not a good idea. It means that it would likely be abused, by a few, such as the report post button was long ago. Which then causes the staff to have to deal with a minority and takes away from the rest of the forums.

I voted no, as some people may set up several accounts, which is obviously against rules, and thank themselves.
