Has it happened to you guys that you're on surfing the web trying to find something interesting but have no luck? What sites do you guys usually visit and which do you recommend to learn how to do "x" things besides forums?

That depends very much on what I'm looking for. Lately I've been visiting the IRS site, the website of the Indiana Department of revenue, and the website of someone who specializes in non-resident tax returns. ~ OB
