Fallout 3 installation

Just installed Fallout 3 on my Pc and when I go to play it this error message apears...

This aplication will not start because 'xlive.dll' is not present.. Re-installing this program may help.

I have a problem with this cuz i don't have the Dvd any more so is there anyway to play my game with out waiting 2 months for my game back ?? Lol.

Perhaps Animal didn't make it clear??

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.
