Hi BC,

On the NHL 09 game, I am able to install it and go into the menu(s) area for the game. However When I go to play hockey, it crashes right after it shows you the controller button screen.

What I have done so far:
Updated Video Driver
Clean temp files

My Video card is a ATI Radeon 9550. OS is Vista Ultimate (game is run with admin priviligies).

The game has worked fine previously, but then one day this problem just came up. I have not made any system / hardware changes that I can recall.

Thanks!

Have you tried uninstalling the game, deleting the game folder, and then reinstalling?

Yup, and looks like that might have done the trick.

I also re-updated my video cards too (in addition to uninstalling and installing), and seems ok now. Will get back to you if tehre are more problems with it.

Thanks !
