A few weeks back I got a BSOD there was an error describing "value not less or greater than" and to uninstall any new hardware or programs. I uninstalled a new mouse and MP3 player, reinstalled windows sp3 and IE8 and everything seamed fine.

Now I cannot run the machine in normal mode without the BSOD error coming up. (Running in safe mode now.)

If I try to download anything and the programs wont run. Same with trying to install from a CD.

Tried to run Bit Defender and it doesnt finish. Smit remove runs and finishes, but has no effect.

This has been the first time I have been able to connect in a week, so I am trying to provide as much info as possible.

If I can get the exact error after rebooting, I will provide......If not back in 10 minutes, send the search party.

Ding! Im Back.

Tried to startup in normal and got:

Aproblem has benn detected. Windown has been shut down to prevent damage

DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time...bla bla....check hardware...bla.bla....

Disable BIOS memory

technical information ***stop:0x000000D1(0x10000492,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x8283c817)
