 So heres the latest..... I just got back from my dad's and he downloaded Fallout 3 for me of a torrent site, he has it on his pc and his is vista and it works..... so he put the file onto a disc so when I got home I could install it. I followed the instructions and everything and the game installed.

However when I went to run the game it came up with this.....''This application will not start because 'xlive.dll' was not found...'' Now I no jack about what that means.... It said on the Tech help site that I should go onto the DVD and find a certain file blah blah blah ... but I don't have the DVD just the file with the .exe on a disc....

So basically what I'm wondering is how da hell do I play the game without the hassle of waiting another 2 hours for it to instal  Lol.

Plz help!!! B)

Since Fallout 3 is not a free game. We must adhere to one of the rules that has already been linked to, which states:

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.
