Well I try to defrag my computer but it get's to 75% and it just restarts all over again and keeps doing this. It did this for like 4 hours one day.

That's how it works when a drive is badly fragmented. I've had systems take almost 24 hours to defrag properly, especially ones that are low on system resources. I would suggest starting it before going to bed. If it doesn't get the job done by morning, then there are some freeware utilities that will do the same thing.

There is nothing indicated in your log that would be causing the defag to bomb. The fact that it is only fgoing to 75% before cycling through again indicates that it is in bad need of a clean up.
