Hi all,
I am new to the forum, but not new to computer problems. I have two kids that can pretty much screw up anything I do on my laptop with just a few keystrokes and a couple of casual internet downloads. I hope to pick up enough info here to keep them at bay until they are off to college and out of my office and infecting their own computers instead of mine. So, thanks in advance for your help, information and patience.

Welcome to BC!
Best advice: keep your office locked!
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.

That's actually good advice...I let them use my desk for homework, but that will soon change.
