Intel D845GVSR & RAM

I hace an Intel D845GVSR motherboard, with 1 stick of 512 mb DDR-SDRAM PC-3200 (200MHz) - [DDR-400].

Can I use a 512 mb stick of DDR-333 PC2700 with the ram mentioned above?

Assuming the PC2700 is non ECC , yes you can use it.

The only drawback is PC2700 is slower then PC3200
The PC3200 will default to the slower speed of the PC2700 .

The bright spot is that PC3200 really isn't much faster & with the memory doubled you should still see a performance gain .
