Please get crash IDs.

Place in the address bar the following:

about:crashes

I need the full number of the report ID that looks like this for example:
c2x5241b-76x6-42xx-b489-5e2xx2090402

We are going to do a Firefox Cleanup Manually. Do you know how to edit extensions? Go to Tools>Add-ons.

Please remove all bloat extensions, if you have them. The bloat list is here.

Also make sure you either disable or uninstall the following extensions, if you have them:
  • FasterFox. Yes I know, it is a web accelerator, but it uses too much memory.
  • AdBlock Plus. Yes, I know, it is nice to cancel out ads. It is rude on companies and on memory.
  • VideoDownloader.
  • Anything else listed here
What other extensions do you have?

Does this make Firefox run faster?
