I have scanned with spybot and ad-aware they found nothing! now trying hyjack this before the big step of reformatting. I am using winme on an old amd-k6-500 with 120mg ram and a 4g hd thanks for any help!

Groovicus.. how is things in vermillion!
After fixing and rebooting. the error mesages that pop have been thus.!!
explorer has caused an error in MSHTML.DLL explorer will now close. if you continue to experience problems try restarting.
avg7.0 exception something bad happend in application error diagnostic file saved to c\ program files\ grisoft\avg\free\avgcc.err
helpctr has caused an error in < unknown> helpctr will now close.
thanks again for the look at log file..
wrote this post on a differnt pc as it is hard to do much on the me box.now attempting to post log from said box. :thumbsup:

I think you may need to uninstall AVG and see what happens. Sometimes a bad install will cause goofy things to happen. Let me know what happens with that. :thumbsup:
