when outlook opens i receive a message stating

"unable to open your default mail folders. The requested information store could not be found in the active profile"

so i then click ok.

when outlook proceeds, i get another message

"Would you like to open your default File System folder instead?"

I then click yes.

Then I receive another message:

"Unable to start processing services. The requested information store could not be found in the active profile".

It does not give me an option under the file tab or tools tab to add accounts...please help
