I had a system that was experiencing issues. We normally run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and have good success. The MBAM software seems to find the issue and sets it for removal on reboot but it keeps reappearing. I suspect that some windows file has been replaced that is causing reinfection. Any advice?

TrendMicro finds nothing btw.
