Hi! When I try to open My Computer I just get the hourglass. I have Windows XP (sp3) Media Center Edition. I recently downloaded BS Player - after that, I had problems with Outlook Connector Upgrade because of a problem with Microsoft Installer - fixed that. Then, I-Tunes would not open, even though it showed up in Task Manager - fixed that. Then, my Firefox browser would not open - fixed that. Still having issues with My Computer and system hangs when I try to Save As when downloading a file. I have PC Tools Spyware Doctor w/AntiVirus and Desktop Maesto. All scans have come back clean. I have also run Windows FileScan. Any ideas? Thanks!

PS - I just noticed that when I try to explore or open by right-clicking the start menu, nothing expands and the tree is incomplete.
