Hi . Would you be able to post a list of useful downloads? Like HijackThis, the Coolwebsearch Remover Tool, and any others that you deem useful and handy. I have just been trying to download HijackThis from sites on the web and none of the downloads would work. They all say: this app has failed to start because MSVBVM60.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. The latest one was dlded from spychecker.

Thanks
Heart

Hi heart,

You should visit the official downloads page of the author of HijackThis & CWShredder. It has instructions & links on how to deal with the Visual Basic error & other problems you might encounter.
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

An alternate site with a list of useful downloads that usually works is here:
http://www.zerosrealm.com/downloads.php

We'll look into setting up some more. And probably a link to smartkiller removal (it's on merijn's download page I linked you to).
