Do you have your hardrives backed up?

Just a few questions, does anyone have there hardrive backed up? And how do you back it up?

Do you have to have it backed up?
Is it bad to have it not backed up?

Yes, I backup routinely...use a disk-image program to store images of the Windows partition and use extra hard drives to archive copies of music, video, emails, miscellaneous files, and graphics files I intend to maintain.
