I had antivirus2009 issue 2 months ago but was able to fix it. System is infected again with a similar virus but no pop ups asking me to buy something....no error messages....just annoying crashing and speed issues. Here are some of the issues i've identified:

1) Google searching disabled....goes to blank google page if an item is searched. "favorites" links work fine though.
2) No system restore points available (changed when contracted virus)
3) MalwareBytes, Adware....all antivirus programs disabled. (tried changing filename to open but no dice.)
4) Microsoft programs all act a little weird.....Word=fonts change randomly.....Power Point=copy/paste problems.
5) IE crashes (much more than usual :thumbup2: version 7.0.6000.16705
6) Apple Safari and Adobe programs (Photoshop and Reader) seem to work fine except for speed.
7) Task Manager only works sometimes crashes the rest, but extremely slow 100% CPU usage.
8) System hangs if left idle.....have to trun off computer to re-boot. Not able to use "shut down" option.
9) Entire system suddenly very very slow.......pinned I guess??

Please help....
