Hi, I would really appreciate some help on this topic.

AVG has detected trojanhorse rootkit agent cv! I have no idea what this is and really want to get rid of it. AVG will not fully remove all the things it has found. Even when I move it to the vault it stil comes up later. I have also tried using malware but the virus comes back.

I tried doing a system restore but it only gave me 2 dates to restore to, both were AFTER the infection! How can I restore back to before the virus? I think I turned system restore off when I first found out about the virus, would that be why there is only 2 dates to choose from.

Please help me if u can!
