Serious Infection

I am providing remote support via LogMeIn to my 80 year old friend. Malwarebytes, Spybot, and others won't even launch. AVG wouldn't update over the web, but I manually downloaded an update to my machine, transferred it to hers, and it updated. Running AVG produced nothing. Updating her Explorer 6 to 8 did not help. I've attached the logs. The posting guidelines indicate I'm to put the infection type in my title, but I'm unclear on how one is to do that in my situation. Thanks very much for your help.
