I was afraid to post on the original for fear that it would take longer for them to get to, but I posted it 3 days ago, does it usually take this long to get to? I'm being pressured to fix it fast and I'm just wondering how long it takes for them to help you.

Thanks everyone!

Yes it does
It can take up to a week
The members are extremely busy and doing the best job that they can
Please remember we are all volunteers here

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits

It's been a week though.
I made the topic name something like "Having some trouble."
Will this make you skip the topic or something? And if so how do I change the topic name?

A log is a log in that forum. The title doesn't really matter
When you submit you log, it goes on a list. When a team member finishes up on a current topic and wants to proceed to the next one they will take the next one on top of the list
Actually it will be a week tomorrow
You have to understand. The team members are volunteers and they do have lives outside the forums
There is nothing else you can do to speed up the process
