SEP trouble with the solution

OK so i have the same problem everyone else had installing SEP. I'm trying to delete the registry file like it says but windows won't let me and the folder isn't named PendingFileRenameOperations it is just named "FileRenameOperations" i don't know if that is the same thing or not but there is only 1 reg file in that folder and it is not a multi_sz
