I have a Brother MFC-7220 all in one. The printer is working fine, but the scanner has stopped scanning, it won't recognize the programs that I use to convert the scanned items. I have went to the website and downloaded the drivers on there, I have used the disk that came with it to repair files, nothing works to repair it. I decided to remove my printer and reinstall it, I go to add and remove and it pops up with a box that says:

>SetupDLL\SetupDLL.cpp (2622)
pAPP: Brother MFL-Pro Suite
PVENDOR: Brothers Industries, Inc.
PGUID:D83BD5E2-5AF4-49F6-B5C1-484A9760E73D
$7.1.100.1248@Windows Service Pack 3 (2600) BT_OTHER 0.64

when I close that box another box comes up that says:

Install Shield Wizard
Setup has experienced an error
Error Code: -5001

WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND HOW DO I FIX IT?
