cannot launch skype on w7

My skype use to work fine on windows 7 un til i suppose i got a virus and i cannot sign in skype anymore.in safe mode i can.please help

i have kaspersky internet security,so I downloaded KIS key generator,and this was it.Skype suggested to scan the computer with virus scanner that can boot directly from a clean CD,but i cannot find one

You stated you used a Key Generator was this to Generate a Registration Key for Kapersky Internet Suite?

yes,exactly,and i also cannot use voipwise,if i call it broke down,the same as skype

Unfortunately since your using an illegal version of the software My recommendations are limited. You need to remove the pirated software and install either a free version or a legally registered Virus software such as AVG. It is against forum policy to Help bypass or remove existing copy write protection. A forum moderator will close this topic. Feel free to start another thread once the software has been removed.
